Complete dietetic feed for dogs of small breeds to support the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances. The recipe of the dietetic feed contains a selected and limited number of protein source of animal origin (Hermetia illucens insects) and selected carbohydrates sources (potatoes and sweet potatoes). Appropriate combination of the essential nutritional characteristics, as applicable.

 

MONOPROTEIN INSECT

The insect larvae Hermetia illucens is a single source of animal protein in the diet. This novel source of protein significantly reduces the risk of intolerance of ingredients and nutrients.

 

ELIMINATION DIET

Simple label and a limited amount of ingredients make the product a perfect choice in case of an elimination diet.

 

SMALL KIBBLES

Adjusted to small breed dogs needs.

 

 

Ingredients

Processed insect protein Hermetia illucens (30%), dried potato pulp (27%), sweet potato (15%), poultry fat, potato protein, sugar beet pulp, salmon oil, linseed, mojave yucca.
Protein source: dried and finely ground insect protein of Hermetia illucens. Carbohydrate source: dried potato pulp, sweet potato.

 

Additives. Nutritional Additives Per Kg: vitamins: vitamin A (3a672a) 18,000 IU, vitamin D3 (3a671)* 1,500 IU, vitamin E (3a700) 530 mg, folic acid (3a316) 1 mg, biotin (3a880) 0.1 mg. Trace elements: iron (3b103) 50 mg, iodine (3b202) 1.5 mg, copper (3b405) 5 mg, manganese (3b503) 20 mg, zinc (3b605) 115 mg, selenium (3b801) 0.1 mg. Provitamins: taurine (3a370) 1,000 mg.

 

Sensory Additives: rosemary extract (2b).

*Simultaneous use with Vitamin D2 is not allowed.

 

Analitycal Constituents: crude protein 21%, crude fat 14%, crude ash 8%, crude fibre 4%, moisture 9%, calcium 1.2%, phosphorus 0.9%, potassium 0.6%, sodium 0.3%, Omega-3 fatty acids 0.67%, Omega-6 fatty acids 2.76%. 

 

Metabolizable Energy: 3465 kcal/kg

Instruction For Proper Use: 

  • The dietetic feed covers the daily requirement of an adult dog for all nutrients.
  • The recommended daily portion is shown on the feeding guide.
  • It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use and before extending the period of use.
  • Recommended length of time to the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances is from 3 to 8 weeks.
  • If signs of intolerance disappear this feed can be used initially up to one year.
  • The dog should have constant access to fresh, clean water.
