This product is supplied by Acorn Veterinary Hospital.

 

A complete dietetic feed for dogs formulated to regulate glucose supply (Diabetes Mellitus). This feed contains a low level of rapid glucosereleasing carbohydrates.

 

This product must be used under the recommendation and ongoing supervision of a veterinarian, with an ideal veterinary check every six months.

Minimum 3 Deliveries Before Cancellation
