Frontline Plus for Cats is a topical flea and tick treatment designed for cats and kittens 8 weeks of age or older. This fast-acting, long-lasting, and waterproof formula provides comprehensive protection against fleas, ticks, and chewing lice for a full 30 days per application. Each package contains three doses, offering three months of continuous protection when applied monthly.

 

  • Fast-acting to cover the entire cat from the single point of application
  • Contains fipronil (9.8%) and (S)-methoprene (11.8%) to break the flea life cycle. Kills adult fleas within 24 hours and targets eggs and larvae
  • Kills all stages of major tick species, including brown dog ticks, American dog ticks, lone star ticks, and deer ticks (which may carry Lyme disease)
  • Rapidly eliminates infestations of chewing lice
  • Remains effective after bathing, swimming, or water exposure, provided the cat is dry at application and for 24 hours after
  • Available without a prescription
  • Remove one applicator from the package. Hold applicator upright with foil side toward you and snap applicator tip
  • Part cat’s hair between shoulder blades. Place applicator tip just above the skin and squeeze. Apply entire contents of applicator in a single spot directly onto cat’s skin. Do not apply on top of hair coat
  • Avoid contact with treated area until dry
  • Do not take a bath for two days before and after application
  • Apply once every 30 days. Do not reapply within 30 days
