A fast-acting, long-lasting, and waterproof solution designed to protect dogs and cats from fleas, ticks, and chewing lice. Also it is safe for use on puppies and kittens, making it suitable for very young pets, as well as adult dogs and cats.

 

This product is intended for topical application on animals. While it is safe for general use, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before use if your pet has any pre-existing health conditions, is pregnant, nursing, or if you have any concerns.

Frontline Spray Flea & Tick Treatment (250ml) is a fast-acting, long-lasting, and waterproof solution designed to protect dogs and cats from fleas, ticks, and chewing lice. Formulated with the active ingredient fipronil (0.29%), a broad-spectrum insecticide, it disrupts the central nervous system of parasites, killing them on contact. This spray is safe for use on puppies and kittens, making it suitable for very young pets, as well as adult dogs and cats.

 

  • Kills up to 98-100% of existing fleas within 24 hours and eliminates ticks and chewing lice within 48 hours.
  • Provides up to 30 days of protection against fleas, ticks, and lice with a single application. For fleas, it prevents reinfestation for up to 12 weeks in dogs and 8 weeks in cats. For paralysis ticks, reapply every 3 weeks in cats and dogs.
  • Fleas: Kills adult fleas and prevents new infestations, breaking the flea life cycle by stopping fleas before they lay eggs. Helps control flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) when applied monthly.
  • Ticks: Effective against all life stages of ticks, including brown dog ticks, American dog ticks, lone star ticks, and deer ticks (which may carry Lyme disease).
  • Lice: Rapidly eliminates chewing lice infestations.
  • Mites: Aids in controlling sarcoptic mange in dogs.
  • Waterproof Formula: Remains effective even after bathing, swimming, or exposure to water, provided the pet’s coat is dry during application and for 24 hours afterward.
  • Versatile Use: Ideal for severe infestations, multi-pet households, and as an initial treatment for flea allergy dermatitis. Can be used alongside other Frontline products (e.g., Frontline Plus) for comprehensive parasite control.
  • Wear latex gloves to avoid skin contact. Ensure the pet is in a well-ventilated area, away from open flames, as the product is flammable.
  • Hold the bottle upright and ruffle the pet’s coat to expose the skin. Apply 1–2 pumps per pound of body weight (approximately 3–6 ml/kg) to the back, sides, stomach, legs, shoulders, and neck until the fur is damp but not dripping.
  • Spray onto a gloved hand and gently rub into the pet’s hair, avoiding the eyes and mouth.
  • Massage the coat to ensure even distribution of fipronil to the skin. Allow the product to dry completely before handling the pet.
  • Wash hands and any exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water. Keep treated pets away from heat sources for at least 30 minutes or until fully dry.
