MSD Numelvi (atinvicitinib) is a second-generation Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor specifically developed for dogs. It is primarily indicated for the control of pruritus (itching) and inflammation associated with allergic dermatitis, including atopic dermatitis. It is currently the first and only JAK inhibitor approved for use in puppies as young as 6 months of age (weighing at least 3 kg).

Important Safety Information

  • Cautions: Safe use has not been evaluated in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs, or alongside other systemic immunosuppressive drugs.
