Lacri + ® is an ocular solution which lubricates, hydrates and protects the ocular surface. It is formulated without preservative, for better tolerance. Crosslinked sodium hyaluronate provides better persistence on the ocular surface, as well as better lubrication and hydration. The sterility of Lacri + ® is ensured by a non-return valve system, which prevents contamination.

 

This product is intended for topical application on animals. While it is safe for general use, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before use if your pet has any pre-existing health conditions, is pregnant, nursing, or if you have any concerns.

Suitable for daily use or as a complement to medical treatments, Lacri+ is recommended for dogs and cats suffering from :

 

  • Dry eyes: in the event of insufficient tear production, this eye drop restores and stabilizes hydration.
  • Ocular pathologies: can be used in synergy with other treatments to promote cell regeneration and reduce inflammation.
  • Irritation caused by external aggressions: perfect for soothing redness, tingling and discomfort caused by dust, wind or allergens.
  • Daily care: preserves the ocular health of animals prone to tear disorders.
  • Post-operative protection: recommended after certain operations to facilitate recovery and avoid secondary infections.

 

Regular application of Lacri+ also improves tear film stability and offers prolonged protection against environmental aggressions. This product is particularly beneficial for older animals or those suffering from chronic disorders affecting tear production.

  1. Remove the tamper-evident seal before the first administration.
  2. Remove the protective cap..
  3. Invert the bottle and exert light pressure on the body of the bottle to instill 1 to 2 drops in each eye of the animal 2 times per day, or as directed by your veterinarian. Avoid direct contact of the mouthpiece with the animal’s eye or skin. The pressure on the vial may increase during use.
  4. Close the bottle with the protective cap.

 

To be used within 3 months after opening.
