NexGard® COMBO is a monthly "all-in-one" broad-spectrum topical parasite control designed specifically for cats. It is currently the only topical solution on the market that protects against fleas, ticks, heartworms, and tapeworms simultaneously.

Core Protection Range
This medication consists of three active ingredients (Esafoxolaner, Eprinomectin, and Praziquantel) to prevent and treat the following parasites in one go:

  • External parasites: Kills fleas and ticks.
  • Internal parasites: Prevents heartworm disease, and treats and controls roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms.

 

Application and Safety Notes

  • Application spot: Part the fur on the back of your cat's neck (near the base of the skull) until the skin is visible. Squeeze the entire content of the applicator onto a single spot where the cat cannot lick it.
  • Safety tips:
    1. For topical use only. Do not allow the cat to ingest it orally.
    2. Avoid touching the application site until it is completely dry, and keep the treated cat separated from other household pets during this time.
    3. Use with caution in cats with a history of seizures or neurological disorders; consult your vet first.
    4. Common potential side effects include vomiting, skin reactions at the application site, lethargy, or loss of appetite.

Product Size (3 tubes in 1 box, apply it every month)

  • Small Cat 0.8 kg to < 2.5 kg (1.8 - 5.5 lbs)
  • Medium Cat 2.5 kg to < 7.5 kg (5.6 - 16.5 lbs)
  • For cats weighing over 7.5 kg, please consult your veterinarian.

 

We recommend weighing your cat before apply NexGard COMBO if they are approaching the limit between different dosages. Not recommended for kittens less than 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 0.79 kg (approx. 1.7 lbs) because safety has not been established.
